Amazing alarm, and watch. I got adhd and it feels nice to wake up feeling rested and not overwhelmed by the sound of the alarm on my phone haha.
In the beginning it took some getting used to but i find it a great product, No blaring alarm of a morning thats disrupts the house just an easy wake up for myself and the people living with me.

This is the only thing that has helped me in waking up better everyday and on time none of the alarms on my phone do anything anymore except for make my anxiety and stress levels higher this actually helps to wake me calmly I am so thankful for a device like this and now want more to help my kids as they have also tried it and helps them too thank you 🙂

This alarm wakes me up immediately and I wake up happy. It makes me get up almost immediately rather than hitting snooze 3 times. I like that I can set it easily and even put it around my ankle instead of wrist.

I wake up less anxious, most my phone alarms scared me awake and made me have a bad morning, this gives me the chance to make it small reminders to wake up and get me up!

I stumbled upon this watch and realised I have a lot of sobers morning. So I wanted to test out this product, since I wouldn't lose anything anyway. It had a cool touch and look to it. After the product arrived, I figured the settings out in less than 5 minutes. They made it very smart and simple to use. I read a few reviews stating it was difficult to figure out since there was no manual included. I don't think it was that difficult. After testing out the watch the first night, I woke up instantly from the vibration. The intensity keeps rising until you press the button. I didn't wake up sore or anything, plus it didn't feel uncomfortable while sleeping. I will be using it outside too, since it has a nice asthethic look to it. What is important to know is that without enough sleep, not even a watch will wake you fully up. It differs from person to person too. So if it doesn't work for you, keep these last two notes in mind before attacking the brand!

Reformly pilates board and pilates kit (which i received recently) has helped me in lots of ways, I regularly take part in reform pilates and with the support of my own board it has made me feel happier and comfortable within myself helping with my well being, helping me through difficult times.
I’ve tried it all and thought I just wasn’t built for consistency. But with this, I’ve stayed consistent for a year and can really see results. It’s fun, it works, and takes just 20 mins at home.
I honestly didn’t think I’d stick with it, but I’m now 6 weeks in and obsessed. The board feels super solid, the videos are easy to follow, and I’ve already noticed changes in my body and energy. It’s beginner-friendly but still makes you feel strong. So glad I gave this a shot.
