Who we are
A Pilates routine that actually lasts.

A Pilates routine that actually lasts.

Reformly is made for women who love the idea of Pilates but have never found a way to fit it into a busy life. Most of them sit at a desk all day, feel drained by the evening and have started and stopped more workout plans than they can count. We built Reformly around that reality, so you can start as a complete beginner, at any age and any fitness level, and finally keep going.

Why we do it
Studio Pilates, without the studio.

Studio Pilates, without the studio.

Studio Pilates works, but it comes with a price most women can’t justify and a schedule that isn’t theirs. The gym is cheaper, but for many women it’s a room full of mirrors, machines and people watching while they figure things out, and that is often the real reason they stop going after a few weeks, or never start at all. Reformly brings the same guided Pilates into your home, where you can move at your own pace, without anyone looking, for a fraction of what a studio or gym costs.

A fraction of the studio price
On your schedule, not theirs
Private, no one watching
Sound familiar?
Too expensive to keep up
Class times that never fit
Everyone watching while you learn
At home, none of that applies.

It starts with a short quiz about your goals, your fitness level and the time you have. Reformly turns that into a personal Pilates programme with a class ready for you every day. You cast it to your TV, follow a certified instructor step by step on your board or your mat, and you’re done in 20 minutes. Gentle reminders, workout streaks and a community of 50,000+ women help you keep showing up on the days motivation runs low.

I Finally Feel Like Myself Again
I Finally Feel Like Myself Again
I have quit every workout I have ever tried. The Reformly Board and the guided app made it so easy to just press play and show up. Now I have a routine that actually stuck, and I feel like myself again for the first time in years.

I Was Skeptical a Board Could Do This
I Was Skeptical a Board Could Do This
I did not believe a small board could replace what I was paying for at a studio. I was wrong. The app workouts are guided, structured, and I can feel every session working. My body has changed more at home than it did in years of classes.

I Thought I Was Too Far Gone
I honestly believed it was too late for me. The board is gentle enough to start at my own pace, and the app guided me through every workout. Now my clothes fit again and I have more energy than I have had in years.

A short session.
A measurable difference.

Across 36,000 adults, around 20 minutes of daily moderate-to-vigorous activity was linked to a markedly lower risk of early death.

What can 20 minutes a day do?

Ekelund et al. · 2019
The BMJ
Harmonised meta-analysis · 8 cohorts · 36,383 adults
What researchers studied

Researchers from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, Harvard Medical School and University College London pooled eight cohort studies in which adults wore activity trackers, then followed mortality for a median of 5.8 years.

What they found

Any physical activity, at any intensity, was associated with a lower risk of death. Around 24 minutes a day of moderate-to-vigorous activity was linked to the largest reduction, and sitting time only raised risk in people who accumulated less than about 22 minutes of such activity a day.

What this means

A daily session of roughly 20 minutes sits at the point where the health benefit is largest.

Keep in context

This is observational research, so it cannot prove cause and effect. It measured accumulated daily movement, not a specific workout, and did not test Pilates or Reformly.

Global guidelines · Systematic evidence review
What researchers studied

A WHO expert group systematically reviewed the evidence linking physical activity and sedentary behaviour to health outcomes, including mortality, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, mental health and sleep.

What they found

Adults should do 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity per week, plus muscle-strengthening activity on 2 or more days. Some activity is better than none, and more is better.

What this means

Five 30-minute sessions a week, or daily 20-minute sessions, land inside the recommended range. Strength work counts.

Keep in context

These are population-level guidelines, not a study of Pilates or Reformly. Benefits depend on intensity, consistency and individual health.

A note from Kate, co-founder

You deserve to feel like yourself again.

To put on your favourite clothes and feel good. To feel stronger, more toned, and more confident in your body. To have a little more energy for the life you love.

That’s what we want Reformly to help you work towards.

Our mission is to help 10 million women build a routine that sticks and feel confident in their bodies again. It starts with making Pilates feel doable: a plan that gives you direction, short classes you can follow at home, and support for the days when motivation is harder to find.

My hope is that those few minutes become something you look forward to. Time for yourself. Small wins you’re proud of. A promise to yourself that feels easier to keep.

You deserve to feel good in your body, and to enjoy getting there.

Frequently
asked questions

Still unsure about something? Our team answers within one business day.

I am a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. Most people who buy the board have never set foot in a Pilates studio, and plenty haven't exercised in years.

You don't need to know a single move. Every workout is follow-along video: press play and you're told exactly where to put your hands and feet and how hard to push. No class to keep up with, no one watching, no 30-minute drive.

Your 14-Day Kickstart starts the day you order, not the day your board arrives. Short sessions, no equipment needed, so you're already in a routine by the time the board lands. After that the 60-Day Program takes you further, and the 100+ workouts in the app grow with you.

I always start things and then stop. Why is this different?

Because the part that breaks is rarely willpower. Everything you tried asked the most from you at the moment you had the least left.

A class needs booking and a drive. The gym needs the hour. An app hands you a library and asks you to choose. And equipment on its own gives you a thing, not a plan, which is why so much of it ends up collecting dust. So you skip once, which costs nothing, because nothing visible was happening yet anyway. Then skipping becomes the habit instead.

Reformly is the board and the plan together. Twenty minutes, in your living room, whenever you want. One board, one session, your whole body.

You never decide what to do. Your 14-Day Kickstart starts the day you order, not the day your board arrives, so the routine is running before the box lands. Then the 60-Day Transformation Program takes over, with your next session ready every time you open the app.

How long before I start seeing results?

Honestly: the first thing you notice is not in the mirror.

Most people feel it in the first two weeks. Sessions that were hard become doable, you move more easily, you sleep better.

Around 30 days is when it shows. Clothes fit differently, your posture changes, your midsection and legs start to look tighter. By day 60 you have finished the Transformation Program and you are not working toward it anymore. It is the body you bought this for, and by then the routine that got you there is simply what you do.

Will this make me lose weight or tone up?

Whichever you set out to do, or both. You pick your goal at the start of the program, and the plan is built around it.

If you want to tone, the plan leans into shape: a tighter midsection, stronger glutes and legs, better posture. If weight loss is the goal, it leans into sessions that keep you moving and build the muscle that burns more at rest. Most people want both, and that works too, because you train your whole body either way. That is how the board works.

You get a nutrition plan built around the same goal, with what to eat alongside the sessions. No counting, no cutting everything out, just food that matches what you are training for.

How does the 60-Day Program work and how can I access it?

You get lifetime FREE access to the full 60-Day Program inside the Reformly app, with no subscription and no hidden fees.

Every day, you’ll follow a 20-minute guided workout from home that helps you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. Each week builds on the last so you keep progressing at your own pace.

  • Week 1-2: Start with your 14-day kickstart
  • Week 3-5: We'll focus on the basics
  • Week 6-9: See the change
  • Week 10: Your dream body achieved
  • Week 11+: We won’t leave you hanging, with 100+ guided workouts we'll keep building on the results you've achieved

The program is safe, beginner-friendly, and created with certified instructors and physiotherapists. You’ll also get access to our supportive community, progress tracker, and daily reminders that help you stay consistent and see results.

Want more? You can upgrade anytime to Reformly Plus for new workouts, expert sessions, and extra challenges, all with a 7 day FREE trial and no commitment.

How does this compare to reformer classes or buying a big reformer?

Same principle, without the price tag or the parking.

A studio reformer runs into the thousands and takes up a room. Classes are the other way around: nothing to buy, but you pay every week forever, you book ahead, you drive there, and you go when the timetable says so, not when you have twenty minutes free. Both work. Most people stop for the same two reasons: cost and logistics.

The board gives you the resistance work those classes are built on, in your living room, at the hour that suits you, for less than a handful of classes. It folds away behind the sofa when you are done.
