Cancellation, Returns, Damages, and Refund Policy
At Reformly, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our return guidelines and procedures below.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within an hour of purchase. After this time, orders begin processing and are typically no longer eligible for cancellation.
If an item has not yet been prepared for shipment, cancellation may still be possible on a case-by-case basis. Once preparation or fulfillment has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note
For canceled orders due to a change of mind, refunds are issued as store credit, similar to many other major brands.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery of a parcel is not considered a valid return method.
If a package is refused, the carrier may dispose of or destroy the parcel depending on their handling procedures. Because of this, refusing delivery does not guarantee that the item will be returned to our facility, and unfortunately a refund cannot be guaranteed in these cases.
Refused deliveries are treated as unauthorized returns and are not eligible for a refund.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, we kindly ask that you accept the delivery and follow the standard return process outlined below so we can properly receive and inspect the item before issuing any applicable refund.
Return Eligibility
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To get started, please contact our Support and Fitness Specialist team, who will guide you through the standard return process. This helps ensure your return is handled promptly and properly processed without being missed.
We don't charge any return or restocking fees, so there are no additional costs from our side — that means your return is completely free.
Because we ship globally, we're unable to provide prepaid return labels. You'll just need to arrange and cover the return shipping using your preferred carrier.
Once we receive your return, we'll take care of the rest.

How to Return Your Order
If you need to return your order, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Email us at hey@reformly.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Returns must be authorized before sending any items back.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address above. Please email us the tracking number after shipping.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
If Your Item Arrived Damaged
We're really sorry if your item didn't arrive in perfect condition — that's not the experience we want for you.
Here's how we'll make it right:
- Take a few clear photos of the product, the issue, and the shipping label.
- Send them to us at hey@reformly.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once we've reviewed it, we'll send you a free replacement right away.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that meet the following criteria cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered products. These are items purchased in advance before they are officially available or shipped. Because they are reserved specifically for you and often processed in advance, pre-orders are not eligible for returns.
- Used products or items not in original condition. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
- Promotional items. Orders placed under special promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One Free) may only be returned up to a maximum of 3 units.
- Digital products are not eligible for return, including:
- App subscriptions and digital access
- Any activated or used subscription
- Promotional or discounted subscription plans

Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings:
- App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Or directly inside the app
Once canceled:
- You will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
- Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Because the Reformly App is a digital product, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
This is because access to the platform and content is granted immediately upon purchase.
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed billing periods
- Subscription renewals
- Partial billing periods
- Promotional or discounted plans
- Subscriptions where access has already been granted or used
Access After Cancellation
After canceling your subscription:
- You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.
- Once that period ends, your subscription will expire and will not renew automatically.
