What happens after my 7-day free trial?

After your 7-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period finishes. This ensures uninterrupted access to all Reformly features, including workouts, programs, tracking tools, and the community.

If you decide to cancel during your trial, you won’t be charged. You’ll still be guided through your options inside the app, including the possibility to continue with limited free access, so you can stay connected to Reformly at your own pace.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. There are no hidden fees, and you’ll always see what you have access to before anything changes.

Will my price be the same for ever?

Yes! If you sign up for Reformly+ now, your price is locked in for life, even if we raise the price for future members.

And Reformly Basic? That’s always free, forever.

Will I be charged for the 60-Day Challenge?

Nope, it’s completely free, forever. The 60-Day Challenge is part of Reformly Basic, which will always be free for our community.

Create your account and start your free trial. If you only want to keep access to the 60-Day Challenge and Reformly Community, you can cancel your trial before you get charged to get access to the Free Reformly Basic.

Will there be new workouts added?

Absolutely! Behind the scenes, we’re constantly working on fresh workouts, exciting new challenges, and more surprises to keep you moving. You can expect at least one new workout or challenge every month, that’s our promise.

I didn't receive an e-mail with my login

First, double-check your spam or promotions folder, sometimes our email ends up there. Make sure you entered the correct email address when signing up. Still no luck? I am being charged but I didn't sign up

You likely started a 7-day free trial of Reformly+ and the subscription continued after the trial ended. No worries, just email us at hey@reformly.com and we’ll help you out right away.

Are my subscription payments refundable?

Once processed, subscription payments are non-refundable since premium content becomes instantly available and stays accessible throughout the duration of your plan.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription within 48 hours of purchase or renewal through their phone’s account settings (App Store or Google Play). After this 48-hour period, cancellations can no longer be processed, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

If you experience issues canceling through your app store, please reach out to our support team within this 48-hour window so we can review your case and accommodate or reconsider your request when possible.

All payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for completed billing terms.

Access After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved within the eligible window, you’ll continue to have full access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan will not renew automatically.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be granted for:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of renewal or purchase
  • Partial billing periods
  • Promotional or discounted plans
  • Access already used within the billing cycle
