All it takes is 20 minutes a day, no pressure, no judgment, and no need to be “in shape” to begin. Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What do I need to get started?

Just you and a wall. That’s it.

You don’t need fancy equipment, a big space, or any experience. A Pilates mat is a nice bonus for extra comfort, but it’s totally optional.
