Terms of Service (Reformly App)
Last updated: 2 February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reformly App mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Reformly Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge you have read them.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm you have permission from a parent/guardian.
2) Acceptance of Terms and EULA
By using the Service, you agree to:
- These Terms, and
- Our Privacy Policy: here, and
-
The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) (unless we provide a separate EULA).
If there is a conflict between the Apple EULA and these Terms regarding your use of the app, the Apple EULA governs the extent required by Apple
3) Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present safety risks.
4) User-Generated Content (UGC)
The Service may allow you to post, upload, share, message, comment, or otherwise submit content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and interactions with other users.
5) Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not create, upload, share, or promote content or behavior that is:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors
- Violence, gore, self-harm encouragement, or instructions to harm
- Illegal activity or instructions facilitating wrongdoing
- Doxxing, sharing private information without consent, impersonation, fraud
- Spam, scams, or malicious content (including links)
- Any content that is otherwise offensive, harmful, or violates applicable law
Violations may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension, or permanent ban (including device/account blocks), and we may report illegal conduct to authorities when appropriate.
6) Moderation and Enforcement
To keep the Service safe, we use a combination of:
- User reporting
- Automated detection where available
- Human review and moderation
We may remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or may harm users or the Service.
We are not obligated to pre-screen all content, but we take reports seriously and act promptly.
7) Reporting Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
The Service includes an in-app mechanism to report content and users. If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can report it using Report in the app.
When you submit a report, you agree to provide truthful information. Misuse of reporting (e.g., false reporting or harassment through reports) is prohibited and may result in action against your account.
What happens when you report
Upon reporting:
- The reported content and/or user will be flagged for review by our moderation team.
- We may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, or ban users based on our investigation.
8) Blocking Users (Required Safety Feature)
The Service includes a mechanism to block users.
When you block another user:
- Their content is removed from your feed immediately, and you will no longer see messages/content from them (where applicable).
- They will no longer be able to interact with you through the Service (where applicable).
- Blocking also sends a safety signal/notification to us so we can review the account and associated content for potential Terms violations.
You acknowledge that blocking affects only your experience and does not automatically remove the content globally for all users unless our moderators determine it violates these Terms.
9) Prohibited Conduct
In addition to Section 5, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law
- Circumvent safety features, reporting, or enforcement mechanisms
- Use the Service to collect data or personal information unlawfully
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or security
10) Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing (If applicable)
If the Service offers subscriptions or paid features:
- Prices and billing terms are shown at purchase.
- Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase (or another disclosed provider).
- Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings unless otherwise stated.
- Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies where applicable.
11) Health & Medical Disclaimer
The Service may provide educational information and calculations (e.g., BMI). It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.
If you provide BMI or similar calculations, include a citation/source link in-app (e.g., CDC/NIH) near the result.
12) Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- We believe your conduct risks harm or legal exposure
- Required to comply with law or platform rules
We may remove or disable access to User Content associated with banned accounts.
14) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any), or $50 if you paid nothing, unless the law requires otherwise.
16) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: here
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
