- Reformly receives the agreed commercial usage rights to the submitted content.
- Reformly may use the content in advertising.
- Reformly may use the content on social media.
- Reformly may use the content on its website.
- Reformly may use the content in email marketing.
- Reformly may edit, crop, subtitle, resize and combine the footage.
- Usage rights are worldwide.
- Usage rights are ongoing and perpetual.
- People shown in the footage have consented to its use.
- Incomplete or unusable submissions may be rejected.
- The $50 store credit is only awarded after the complete required submission has been approved.
- Store credit requires a minimum order value of $80.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Top 3 and Top 10 decisions are made by Reformly.
- Being selected for the Top 10 does not obligate either party to future work.
- Any future creator collaborations will have separate paid terms and deliverables.
